Green Bay Area Public Schools District, Community Schools Resource Coordinator, Green Bay, WI, June 2019-Present
  • Directed the strategy for the school district’s first-ever Community School
  • Developed pathways toward equity and justice for all students
  • Secured $60,000+ (to date) in grant support for Howe Elementary Community School
  • Organized a grant funded weekend meal program which served 750 families weekly, lasted 9 weeks
  • Implemented first school-based vision program with comprehensive vision exams offered to all students in-need and a school-based pair of glasses provided free of charge
  • Coordinated community volunteers and developed 5 community routes to deliver critical meals to students during virtual learning. Served 2,355 meals over 8 weeks to 35 families.
  • Served 16 high needs elementary schools in collaboration with St. Norbert College to provide 1,260 monthly snack bags to assist students in virtual learning
  • Led cultural responsiveness work that brought representative and diverse texts and picture books into 18 classrooms
  • Orchestrated the installation of a new playground mural which required partnerships with area non-profits, the City, and the State

  • Managed field staff and education projects, included volunteer schedules, programming, and coordinating with NGO’s and other clusters to serve the camp’s 700+ residents
